Air: Inverness, Glasgow International and Edinburgh are the nearest airports.
Rail: The West Highland Line between Glasgow Queen Street and Fort William is a spectacular journey to be taken at a leisurely pace. There are 3 trains per day in each direction throughout the summer. Sunday services are reduced during the winter.
Trains run every 15 minutes or so between Edinburgh to Glasgow.
A sleeper service runs from Sunday to Friday between London and Fort William.
Bus: Glasgow Buchanan Street to Fort William with Scottish Citylink run several services per day, some via the airport, with the journey taking around 3 hours. Inverness also has a regular service to Fort William.
Taxi: Some Fort William-based taxi providers offer airport pick-ups.

When you book with us please be mindful that you are employing the services of a mountain guide for your day, and your booking is your guide’s livelihood. As such, we ask that all payments received by Adventure Nevis are made in good faith. If your circumstances change prior to 35 days before your walk and you need to cancel for any reason, please contact us to re-arrange your date or request a refund. If you do request a refund, we would charge £25 to cover our costs that have accrued through managing your booking. This would be deducted from your final refund. If you choose to cancel the walk within 35 days for any reason, including reasons related to Covid-19, we do not offer a refund. We do suggest that clients take out an Insurance Policy in the event of not being able to attend due to illness, accident, travel restrictions or other circumstances.
Bookings are not secured until payments have been received in accordance with the payment terms of the booking.
If buying vouchers please ensure that the recipient will be able to attend as all vouchers are non-returnable. All vouchers issued are valid subject to receipt of full payment and are valid for a year from the date of issue. They can only be used by the payee or their nominated recipient.
On very rare occasions the itinerary or route may be altered due to events outwith our control e.g. extreme weather, poor snow conditions. In the unlikely event of a date being re-scheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, walkers can choose to transfer to another date or request a full refund of any monies paid. Adventure Nevis accepts no responsibility for any additional losses incurred as a result of this.
Mountain activities by nature carry an element of risk and by choosing to book an activity you accept this risk.
Clients should have an appropriate level of fitness and must make us aware of any medical condition which may affect their participation.
